Documents required before you apply

The same document requirements apply to Self-sponsored, GRZ-sponsored and CDF-sponsored applicants. Prepare these documents to upload after creating and verifying your account:

• NRC / National ID: a clear, readable copy of your identification document.
• Passport-size photograph: a clear photograph of yourself with your face visible.
• Academic certificate, where applicable: Grade 12 applicants upload their Grade 12 certificate; Grade 9 applicants upload their Grade 9 certificate. NRC-only applicants do not need a Grade 9 or Grade 12 certificate, but must provide the other documents listed here.
• One recommendation letter: from your chief, former high school, church, social welfare or local ward councillor. Only one of these sources is required.

Upload clear, complete documents in PDF, PNG or JPEG format. Have an accessible email address and your phone number ready. Sponsorship does not change this admission checklist.
